Customer service was great, Crystal was responsive to messages, and she kept me updated at different stages of the art process. Her art is very detailed and she has a lot of skill in her work. She accommodated my request to add flowers and the custom pet portrait she did was similar to the photo I provided. She also puts in a lot of effort and detail. Highly recommend her for her quality work. Packaging was beautiful, presented well and it came framed which was great. Turned out beautiful and I will love it for along time!
